These forms are used to confirm whether the child is studying full time and must be returned to the Fund as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of the child’s pension payments. NB: PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: A recently certified copy of the Students Identity Document must be attached.
