ALL MEMBERS AND PENSIONERS OF THE NATAL JOINT MUNICIPAL PENSION / KWAZULU-NATAL JOINT MUNICIPAL PROVIDENT FUNDS AND EMPLOYER REPRESENTATIVES (COUNCILLORS)
THE FUNDS ANNUAL FEEDBACK MEETING TO BE HELD ON THE 02ND OF MARCH 2018
You are invited to attend the Funds’ Annual Feedback Meeting to be held at the City Hill Church Hall, 9 Greenmeadow Lane, Hillcrest on FRIDAY 2 March 2018 commencing at 10:00 am and ending at approximately 13:00 pm.
Only Members and Pensioners of the NJMPF including Municipal Councillors are invited to the AFM. Please visit: www.njmpf.co.za/AFM2018 to download the programme or request one from the NJMPF’s Client Services Centre. The agenda will include presentations by the Chairperson on the activities of the Fund and the Funds’ Actuary on the financial position of the Funds, Member and Pensioner updates and other pertinent Fund matters.
No Subsistence and Travel (S & T) payment to attend the Funds’ Annual Feedback Meeting will be paid. All travelling is at your own or your Municipality’s expense.
Should you wish to attend the AFM, you will need to complete the Reply Sheet attached and email, fax or post to the NJMPF using Email: email@example.com, Fax: 031 266 6715 or post: P.O. Box 33, Westwood 3633, so that it reaches the Fund by no later than 9 February 2018. Members who confirm their intentions to attend using the Reply Sheet will receive an SMS from NJMPF confirming receipt.
On the day of the meeting, you will be required to produce identification in the form of an Identity Document (ID) or Driver’s License at the entrance. Should any attendee fail to do so, he/she will not be allowed to enter the meeting venue.
